We are constantly looking for developments throughout London which meet the following criteria:

• Located in London zones 1 to 6

• Ideally priced between £300k and £600k per unit but all price points would be considered

• Projected rental yield of above 4%

• Close proximity to transport links

• In areas of regeneration with good capital growth prospects

• Ideally prelaunch or off market with long build times

 As outlined above, we are looking for opportunities that provide a balance between good rental yield and good capital growth as this provides the best vehicle to meet our investors’ expectations.
